Today, in the information era, information technology influences the social development and people’s lives all the time, especially on the development of education. Education information is an important part of information technology and strategic focus, occupying a basic, strategic, global position, and it is a profound revolution in educational philosophy and teaching model, and an integral part of education reform and development support and impetus. And one of the most factors in the education is the teacher who is also the participant of teaching activities. Teachers’teaching ability of using information technology has become an important part of the teaching ability of teachers, so it must be highly valued. It is extremely important and significant for middle school teachers to enhance the teaching ability of using information technology, aiming to update, improve teaching methods to improve teaching quality, achieve the goal of high-quality teachers, build a flexible and open system of lifelong education,and further promote education technology and the new curriculum reform. Although in Yanji City middle school teachers’ teaching ability of using technology information has been greatly improved, but still relatively low, and there are still some problems are unresolved. Therefore, the study of junior high school teachers’teaching ability of using technology information and how they access the information is particularly significantIn this paper, through questionnaires " junior high school teacher training route information questionnaire teaching ability," compiled by issuing its own to nine Yanji City junior high school teachers, using sampling to inquire the level of middle school teachers’ competence of using information technology in teaching and how they access technology information with the aim of analyzing the differences between different groups. In addition, the study also combines interviews to discuss the influence of pre-training, after training, self-learning, self-practice on their improvements in teaching ability of using technology information and further give suggestions.The followings are the conclusions from the study and analysis.1:Yanji City junior high school teachers teaching ability of using information technology in general was in average level, and there are significant differences in teachers’ teaching ability of information in the school area, whether normal graduate, teaching different subjects, different stages of professional career.2:Yanji City junior high school teachers’ ability of accessing the technology information is in average level, and there are significant differences in teachers’ teaching ability of information in the school area, whether normal graduate, teaching different subjects, different stages of professional career.3:There is a positive correlation between the access of technology information and teachers’ ability of using technology information. Post-employment training, self-learning, self-practice have a profound influence on improving teachers’competency.
