Employment Situation And Countermeasures Of College Students

College students are the country of valuable human resources, reasonable cultivate college students realize that science is an important part of national human resource efficient allocation targets, but in recent years, the employment situation is worsening college graduates, college students has become difficult employment issues concern the whole society the hot topic. Inner Mongolia belong to ethnic minority areas, ethnic issues more emphasis has always been our problem, and how do the employment of college students in minority areas, directly affects the stability and the harmonious development of society. Therefore, how to better improve the employment rate of college minority areas, to reduce the employment pressure college students, so that students have a very successful employment practical significance.In this study, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University2013graduates for the study, taking literature analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods, the first fully grasp the status of employment of graduates of2013, Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, on this basis, especially for minority students, psychology aspects of existence confused students and families difficult economic conditions, these four girls vulnerable groups, such as the focus of the study as the basis for analysis of the employment problems of its special groups on the status and the reasons put forward specific measures and implementation of employment assistance way, indeed, improve the efficiency of graduates employed to provide theoretical guidance and reference system and the establishment of the basis for the employment policies of the university student government employment assistance.
