Higher vocational education is a type and levels of higher education in thenational education system, and It is different types and levels of higher educationbetween higher undergraduate education. And undergraduate education emphasizeddiscipline are different, it is according to the occupational classification, according tocertain jobs (cluster) scope of operational activities, culture front-line practicalconstruction management and social services (technical practicability or professional)talent. It plays an irreplaceable role in the socio-economic development. As China’sreform and opening up and economic and social development needs of the country,our country attached great importance to the development of higher vocationaleducation. Running higher vocational education mode plays a more important and anactive role for economic and social services and for our "Twelve-Five" in theeconomic and social stability, model needs further reform.The article defines relevant concepts on school-running model. From theperspective of historical analysis, description model of running higher vocationaleducation with economic and social development are closely linked, interdependentand mutually reinforcing relationship. From the perspective of comparative analysis,outlined the situation of vocational education in developed countries, indicatinghigher vocational education taking employment as the direction, to develop a modelfor training application-oriented, skilled workers, to adapt and to promote economicand social development. On this basis and in case-by-case analysis of the angle, and toJiangxi travel trade Vocational College for cases, has analysis all the elements on highcareer colleges running mode, has illustrates high vocational education running modefrom academic,came up with high vocational education running mode reform andinnovation ideas, pointed out that high vocational education running mode has multisexual features according to high vocational colleges by department regional andschool running conditions, from adapted my social economic development, andenterprise structure adjustment, and product upgrade needs and start building modernVocational Education Group. Finally specifically addressed how to build VocationalEducation Group, and how to build a education group of security mechanisms andoperating mechanism. With a view to the higher vocational education reform at adeeper level, make the best effort for the search for the high-level schools of the bestselection and optimization mode, service social and economic development.
