Currently, the social and economy develop continuously and put forward a new expectation on professional talents and higher technology applied talents.The construction of vocational and technical education system is entering into a new stage.Curriculum system is the key to cultivate higher technology applied talents, it is not a simple theoretical construction,perfect curriculum system needs to adjust and innovate in the practical developmentconstantly. This paper sums up the experiences of higher technology applied talents cultivating course system in developed countries and regions,combining the actual conditions of our country, trying to put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for the cultivating of technology applied talents,including the following several parts.Chapter One is introduction. In this part, the author introduces causes of topic selection, reviews and summarizes the existing related research materials and literature, defines core concepts of research to clear research scope, illuminates ideas and methods of research to better study.Chapter Two introduces the higher technology applied talents cultivating course system in Germany. A case study of Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences and Technical University of Bergakademie Freiberg, from the curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum structure of three aspects to analyze its curriculum system.Chapter Three introduces the technology applied talents cultivating course system in American. A case study of Purdue University,combining with the professional and certification requirements, from the curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum structure of three aspects to analyze its curriculum system.Chapter Four firstly thinking about the particularity of technology applied talents cultivating course system.The relationship between theory course and practice course need to considering. Combining the analysis of the applied talents cultivating course system in Germany and America,trying to put forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures.The last part, consisting of conclusions and outlooks of this research.
