Occupational cognition can be divided into four main dimensions: self-concept,professional cognition,occupational information,and career planning,including personal occupational personality,personal career interest,professional knowledge,professional skills,development trend,employment information,and recruitment information.Understanding and understanding of other aspects,and career planning for the future.Nowadays,in vocational schools,there is a low ratio of professional employment for students,job competition is fierce,job stability is poor,and turnover rate is high.Related employment issues are more and more prominent.They are engaged in secretarial work in small and medium-sized enterprises and grassroots institutions in the 21 st century.For professional students of professional secondary school students,career cognition has important meanings for students.Only by better understanding self,raising professional cognition,strengthening occupational information acquisition awareness,and paying attention to career planning,can we better enhance the stability of employment.Improve the quality of employment so that we can better realize our value of life in future jobs.This article combines Guangxi Vocational School of Textile Industry,Guangxi Polytechnic Vocational Technology School,Nanning First Vocational Technical School,and Nanning Six Vocational Technical School to investigate the occupational cognition of professional secretarial students.After consulting relevant disciplines such as vocational education,psychology,and sociology at home and abroad,and defining related concepts such as occupation,cognition,vocational cognition,and secondary vocational education,and drawing on the research of relevant scholars on occupational cognition,Questionnaires and interviews are two basic methods to deeply analyze the occupational cognition problems of secondary vocational and vocational secretarial students,and propose corresponding training strategies.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that occupational cognition of professional secretarial students in the secondary vocational school mainly has the following four problems: first,the lack of self-cognition;second,the lack of understanding of the secretarial profession;second,the lack of awareness of occupational information acquisition;Is not enough emphasis on career planning.In view of the current occupational cognition of professional secretarial students,the author puts forward strategies for cultivating and optimizing: The first is to establish a full range of career self-guidance work and improve students' self-knowledge.For example,self-exploration using a variety of ways,a correct understanding of self;to arrange career development instructors for secretarial professional classes;to establish a comprehensive profile of individual growth in school.The second is to carry out professional education and enhance students' professional knowledge.Such as strengthening the new entry education,laying the foundation for professional thinking;change the teaching model,cultivate professional interest;carry out three-year professional cognitive education.The third is to understand occupational information through multiple channels and strengthen awareness of occupational information acquisition.Such as broadening the access to career information;the establishment of secretarial graduates employment information database.The fourth is to develop a series of career planning education and cultivate students' career planning capabilities.For example,to strengthen the concept of professional career planning and understanding;curriculum content thematic learning,a variety of teaching methods to supplement;to create a professional teacher education team of professional planning education.The fifth is to strengthen the practice of secretarial professional activities in the vocational school and enrich professional experience.Training room training,on-campus internship,"secretary studio",off-campus internship,social practice five in one.The sixth is to carry out various campus cultural activities and enrich the forms of vocational cognitive education.Such as holding secretarial professional skills competition;carrying out work process knowledge contest;experiencing career planning and development activities;organizing secretarial professional community activities.
