| The new curriculum reform of the senior high school began to be put into action widely in Sichuan Province in September 2010,and the first new college entrance examination based on the new curriculum reform was held in Sichuan Province in June 2013. In this background, the teaching of ancient Chinese, known as most conventional and slowest in the reaction to changes, is also going through a wide and deep reform. In the whole teaching of ancient Chinese, the teaching of content words, which has been a difficulty for long, however, plays a very important and special role for lack of concrete teaching contents.This article makes a research, based on empirical examination,in the choice of ancient Chinese passages for the senior high Chinese textbooks, the choice of ancient Chinese passages and the tests based on the chosen passages in the college entrance examination, and the notional words widely used in the practical teaching of ancient Chinese. This article is aimed at giving some constructive and helpful advice on the teaching contents of ancient Chinese notional words for senior high school. On the base of the research, this article shows some of the writer’s thinking about the nature and the characters of the teaching of ancient Chinese notional words, and some of the writer’s basic realization helpful for improving the strategy of the teaching of ancient Chinese notional words for senior high school.The main contents of this article are as follows: the background of this research and related latest information of the research, the present condition of the teaching and the possibility of the research of teaching ancient Chinese notional words, the conformation of the teaching contents for ancient Chinese notional words in senior high school, the research in the teaching strategies of ancient Chinese notional words in senior high school and so on. |
