Rasearch On The Professional Development Of Ideological And Political Teachers In Senior High School

With the deepening of the reform of basic education in China,the Party and the state have paid more and more attention to the professional development of teachers.It is recognized that strengthening the quality of teachers is an important driving force to deepen the reform of the new curriculum.High school ideological and political teachers help students to establish a correct world outlook,life,values of the important guide,the dissemination of knowledge.Promoting their professional development is of great significance to foster future successors and builders of the motherland.The continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform has put forward new requirements and new challenges for the teachers of ideological and political courses in senior high schools,and has constantly improved their professional knowledge.The quality of professional ability and professional sentiment is not only the key to improve the teaching quality of high school ideological and political course,but also of great significance for promoting the development of the new round of basic education reform.This paper takes senior high school ideological and political teachers as the research object,through literature analysis and questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of the professional development of senior high school ideological and political teachers,and analyzes the specific factors affecting the professional development of senior high school ideological and political teachers as well as the countermeasures to promote the professional development of senior high school ideological and political teachers.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly describes the topic basis,research significance,domestic and foreign research review and research ideas and methods.The second part is the definition of related concepts,mainly elaborates the related concepts involved in the thesis,and emphatically analyzes the necessity of professional development of senior high school ideological and political course teachers;The third part is a questionnaire survey on the current status of the professional development of senior high school ideological and political course teachers to understand the achievements and problems ofthe professional development of senior high school ideological and political course.teachers.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the existing problems.The fifth part is a countermeasure study on the professional development of high school ideological and political course teachers,aiming at solving the problems in a targeted way,and a comprehensive exploration on how to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political course teachers.
