Self-worth is the core of the college students’ individual personality. it reflects the preference and acceptation of one’s positive emotional experience. It has a multidimensional and multi level structure. It affects the individual cognition, emotion and behavior. Many studies have shown that self-worth have significant positive relationship with mental health level. Therefore, to develop and culture self-worth of college students is necessary and realistic. Sandplay therapy has already been a mature system and proved to be a complete psychological treatment technology.This study use Sandplay therapy on the low self-worth students respectively for nine times intervention, and discuss the effectiveness of sandplay therapy provide reference to the psychological counseling and guidance of college students.The conclusions of study show that: Low self-worth students sandplay production experience three stages:Present issue- issue transformation-healing and integrating; For a period of treatment, self concept and self-knowledge of low self-worth level students became gradually clear and Self-worth score has improved significantly; low self-worth students sandplay production have a great difference in integration, completeness, dynamic,fluency and topics presented by the transformation of the trauma subject to heal. it shows that sandplay therapy has good effect on the low self-worth college students.
