As an important principal latitude for compulsory education professional standards, leadership courses play a vital role in the professional development of principals and determine the smooth realization of the school curriculum leadership. The paper, on the basis of combing the relevant research, focuses on the rural school principals from the perspective of curriculum leadership and deepens primary school principals in rural real interviews and questionnaires. In the survey, it is to find that some places that do better have a correct understanding of the role itself and most principals agree curriculum leadership as a professional conduct.Of course, there are many principals of rural primary school that exist in the curriculum leadership following issues, like curriculum leadership awareness deviation, lack of knowledge of curriculum leadership, improper implementation of curriculum leadership, curriculum creation environment lacking force, orce monitoring program evaluation not strong, lack of curriculum development force. These not only greatly hinder the improvement of headmaster leadership courses, but also restrict the smooth implementation of the new curriculum.Based on these questions, the present work identifies the cause of problems, including the education system, environment and internal and external support. In the educational background of the new curriculum in full swing and school principals had to face many complex and challenges, the goals and tasks of the paper is to help them rationally examine the current situation of education, and use scientific methods to enhance curriculum leadershipAccording to the above, the paper cites the relevant promotion strategy: to enhance learning mainly reflect an accurate understanding upgrading courses, courses organized force to enhance the development and enhance curriculum guide execution, monitoring evaluation programs to increase strength, improve curriculum environment and other aspects of the creation of the force improvements.
