Since the 1990 s, Chinese teachers training quality evaluation of elementary and secondary school thrived from teachers’ continuing education research field, becoming a new area. It means that the effectiveness of teachers training gradually gained extensive attention of the researchers. The documents of Chinese Education Department Repeatedly mentioned related content with the effectiveness of teachers training since 2011.Under the encouragement and support of government teachers training moved the focus of work from the muchness and wideness in quantity to the excellence and essence in quality. Although there is not a unified standard to measure the training quality still now, the deficiency of effectiveness of teachers training has become a fact that not allow to ignore.The academic leaders of elementary and secondary school are special groups, they are not only shoulder the responsibility of teaching students but also set a good example of guiding young teachers doing teaching research. Zhejiang province launched projects related with the academic leaders of elementary and secondary school since 2012,which covered primary school、 middle school and high school.So far the advancing professional development of teachers is attached importance to more and more. However, by the reason of Training object selection mechanism is not perfect and lacking of experience, the Teacher-training institutes faced a big challenge. My research intended to use research method with questionnaires and interviews analyzed by SPSS software statistics, aiming at finding out the training current situation of the academic leaders of elementary and secondary school, obtaining the influence factors of the effectiveness of teachers training, putting forward some strategy and suggestions of promoting effectiveness of teachers training, ensuring the participation teachers’ professional development.This research arrange the full text on the structure of ― status survey—factor analysis—strategy build‖. Firstly, designed the questionnaires on the base of the Training evaluation theory and Teachers’ professional quality theory. Then, according to the field survey of training status, I analyzed the two questionnaires which concerned the training situation in the differences of various dimensions and indicators, concluded with the general problems in the teacher training projects. Secondly, combined with the data statistics and interview information, put forward the specific influence factors with the three aspects effect、 efficiency and benefits. Finally, combined with theory and practice, the text absorbed the domestic and foreign mature experience in improvement, from the two perspectives the teacher-training institutes and educational administration put forward six concretes suggestions for improving effectiveness of the academic leaders of elementary and secondary school in training.
