In the pre-service teacher training and teacher education, lesson study are used frequently in practice. However, the relevant researches on this aspect are few. Lesson study on practice research are even less. Research mode and strategy for effective implementation of teaching, teaching discussion the specific effect and the limitations of such problems as lack of practical research. Obviously, the insufficiency of the research, both neither for us to realize the present situation on this part, more conducive to standardize and guide teaching seminars.So the author makes a survey on lesson study and sums up the most welcomed teaching mode. The author also finds some inadequacies and limitations.The inadequacies of the observation on classroom cases are lists as following: the professional level of learners is low. They cannot connect the relevant theories with the teaching behavior. The learners cannot transfer the other’s teaching experience to themselves. And the teachers do not interact with the learners closely. So the learners cannot improve quickly.The problems that can improve the effect of lesson study are listed as follows:How to attract the learners’ interest?How to help the learners to obtain the good teaching experience from the discussion?How to help the learners understand the teaching activities with the help of connecting the good teaching experience with relevant pedagogical theories?How to help the learners transfer the good teaching experience which observed from the teaching cases to their own?The research objects of this research are 70 pre-service teachers. By using lesson study experiment etc. the author summarizes the effective teaching mode of the discussion on classroom cases. The teaching mode can be divided into four parts: the preparation, the observation, the discussion and conclusion.Firstly, during the preparation, teacher presents the teaching aims, meaning and tasks of this discussion. That can help the learners improve the classroom efficiency.Secondly, in the classroom observation, teachers can cut the video into pieces. At the same time, the teacher asks learners to take notes and make comments independently.Thirdly, during the discussion, teachers should provide the learners with evaluation criteria, lead students to present a written evaluation independently. Teachers also organize the learners to discuss in groups and classes respectively and lead the learners to evaluate the teaching cases reasonably. teachers’ guidance and reflection are important for learners.At last, in the conclusion, teachers need to make the systematic statements and comments on the learners’ behavior.In this research the author finds that this way can stimulate the learners’ interest, and help them to accumulate the teaching experience and understand the relevant pedagogical theories. The ability of commenting on the teaching cases is also improved obviously.
