Education and teaching are in fact about life. The final goal of education is to improve the quality of life and contribute to the development of life. I think of all styles of literature, prose can directly show the spiritual life of human beings best, so it can be the easiest way to permeate the education of students′ realization of life. Therefore, I made an actural and effective exploration about the possibility and necessity of educating students to have realization of life through prose teaching in high school and did research into the ways how to carry it out. I also put forward the practical effect of permeating students′ realization of life through prose teaching in high school by building up the realization of life, setting up admiration of life, learning to respect life and love life full of emotion and passion. In this article, I try to combine theory with practice. Based on the previous research, the article mainly focus on finding the link of prose teaching and the teaching of students′ realization of life and strengthening the possibility of putting it into practice so that I make prose teaching go back to itself and create a lively Chinese class, which can be an example and thinking for high school Chinese teachers to carry out prose teaching.
