In Hohhot, there are tens of thousands of children enter primary school to become a primary school students each year, began to receive formal school education. In many people’s mind, the primary school children is to go with the flow of things, do not have to deliberately look for a "transition". However, the author found that after years of educational work, from kindergarten to primary school is an extremely important turning stage, not a set of effective guide way, children will appear a variety of school not to adapt to the situation, and even affect the future life of learning. In this study, with a grade of Hohhot City Fourth Middle and primary school as an example, to adapt to the situation and the problems related to the primary school to carry on the analysis, to explore the methods and Strategies of students’ adaptability education. Using observation method, questionnaire, interview, work analysis and other research methods, analysis, summed up the problems and causes of the first grade freshmen maladjustment, in a study of more than meet the basic problems and causes, combined with the kindergarten work theory, for the school the first grade students how to cultivate the ability to adapt, enrollment put forward the corresponding education, educational content and educational strategies.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of the research, reviews and combs the related research at home and abroad, research ideas and methods to determine the problem.In the second part, the fourth middle school of Hohhot City elementary school as an example, respectively from three aspects of teachers, parents and students of the freshmen adaptability status of grade one were investigated to find out the common problems of grade one students adaptability, makes a detailed analysis on the cause of the problem.The third part,the investigation of the first grade primary school students of fourth middle school Hohhot data as the basis, puts forward some strategy and scheme for adaptive admission of children education. Including the arrangement of classroom environment, before the start of the new parents will be held, school-based teacher training, school-based curriculum, construction preparation, offering parents school parents committee.The fourth part, conducts the research to the effect of adaptive admission education. Through comparative analysis of the adaptability education before and after admission two survey results, to check the validity of adaptive admission education.
