In this paper, taking one of vocational educational schools in Xiamen as an example, it carried out theoretical study and practical research on vocational schools for professional ethics curriculum development practices. At first, it explored the basic theory of outlining the ethical theory, the basic theory of ethics and curriculum development. Secondly, through the questionnaire and interview survey methods it summarized one of vocational educational school in Xiamen curriculum development professional ethics practices not only improve the students’ professional ethics, and have been recognized by students and the community, form the initial practice of curriculum development model, pointed out the practice’deficiencies are relatively simple teaching, curriculum resources some divorced from reality, curriculum evaluation method is not reasonable. And then it analyzed the affects of the school, parents, students on the practice curriculum development. Finally, it gave some suggestions which are innovative teaching model to improve teaching conditions, the use of multiple evaluation methods and the effective development of curriculum resources.
