Classroom is the main front for the instruction, cultivating the learning abilityespecially to cultivate thinking ability is one of its important goal. In the currentclassroom practice, students are still less active learning, lack of participation inclassroom activities, knowledge development is not comprehensive enough efforts totrain thinking ability phenomenon. Using the Mind map tool to present informationtechnology is a unique. By drawing on the mind map and rendering, teachers andstudents can organize and generalize the teaching content, presenting hierarchicalrelationships between concepts more efficiently, while showing students and teachersthought process when solving problems, make relevant information visualization,hidden thinking dominance. Teachers and students can achieve adequate levels ofinteraction in mind, and it can better enhance the students’ thinkingcomprehensiveness, flexibility and divergence. Interactive whiteboard technology canshow both highly interactive course content, teaching resources and it can generateand record, easy to learn and reflect on the depth of student teachers.This study is conducted by the relevant literature review and analysis, andunderstand the concept of mind mapping and interactive whiteboard technology,features, the teaching status quo teaching function application, then proposed to mindmapping and interactive whiteboard technology (Mind Map and InteractiveWhiteboard Technology referred MIT) mixed use in high school chemistry teaching.The study tries to build on MIT’s high school chemistry teaching mode, and relevantteaching practices. After the practice with the teachers and students, the researcherconducted a survey and interviews. Through surveys and interviews data analysis, thisstudy found that a reasonable mix of mind mapping and interactive whiteboardtechnology helps high school chemistry teaching, it can help the students and teachingresources the interaction between the generations can improve the students’ interestand knowledge levels better, and promote the cultivation of students’ thinkingabilities.
