The Research Of University Teaching Management Informatization

Entering the21st century, after experiencing massive combination and expanded enrollment of colleges and universities for years, higher education in China has realized the leapfrog development from elitist education to mass education, which brings unprecedented pressure and challenges to university for teaching management and talent cultivation. Especially in the near future, with the successive publishment of “the national medium and long term plan for education reform and development(2010-2020)” and “the ministry of education about several opinions on improving the quality of higher education in an all-round way(teach high [2012] no.4)”, our country and society start to inspect and pay more attention to how to greatly promote the level of cultivating talents under the background of the currently large scale of running a school as a whole.In the world today, the application of information technology in many areas is changing with each passing day, therefore informatization has become the irreversible trend of the development of economy and society, which has significant effect on the improvement of the quality of management in application area. Colleges and universities have been in the forefront of new technology application, and various universities introduce information technology into the teaching management in current days. They explore and carry out the teaching management informatization in order to realize high quality and efficiency of teaching management and make it serve better for personnel training. Therefore, how to well construct the teaching management informatization is the objective of this article.This article carries on the thorough research and discussion on the teaching management informatization by literature retrieval method and comparison method. Firstly, the article collects and summarizes the research results about university teaching management informatization at home and abroad, on which basis to determine the research ideas and methods of the whole essay. After analyzing theory of university teaching management informatization, the essay clarifies the concept and connotation and elaborated the related theory.Next, the essay summarizes the current situation of the university teaching management informatization in our country and then gives a brief introduction to the development scheme of the university teaching management informatization as an example of Nanjing University of Technology. It also prospects the results of development of teaching management informatization. On the basis of the study, the essay puts forward the five existing problems bothering current university teaching management informatization. The five problems are: concept understanding deviation, poor guarantee of material conditions, not enough extensive participation, goodish running results of the system, heavy management and light service. Second, we ought to perfect construction of teaching management informatization and highlight the top-level design. Third, we should draw on collective wisdom and absorb all useful ideas, and expand the publicity. Fourth, we should strengthen relative system of teaching management informatization. Fifth, we need intense study and reasonable planning, and establish scientific information system of teaching management. Sixth, we should strengthen training, and help the teachers and students improve the ability of participating in informatization construction. Lastly, we should care for people, and stand out service.
