With many large-scale coal production base and put into production, the production ofupdated technology, production automation degree continuously improve the technical levelof workers, the production line is also put forward higher requirements. The comprehensivemechanized coal mining is the main way of fully mechanized coal mine production,professional quality is the key to guarantee the normal production of coal mine, therefore howto cultivate high-quality skilled talents in enterprises of fully mechanized coal is satisfactory,the mechanic colleges concern, it is also the purpose of this article is. This study from thefully mechanized mining professional the present teaching situation and the coal miningenterprises to fully mechanized mining professional talent demand, there are aspects of thesystematic analysis of the current teaching situation of the professional and training mode,teaching mode and the problems. The full investigation of enterprises, in accordance with the"comprehensive vocational ability" idea, adjust the professional talents training target,combined with domestic and international development of vocational education, inaccordance with the "combination" concept, puts forward the mode of training for thecomprehensive mechanized coal mining professional talent training mode, namely knowledge,can force, attitude of "Trinity" of talent. According to the actual work of fully mechanizedprofessional task of each post, through a series of analysis summary, construct the "three mainlines, five stage course system. According to the "based on the work process" concept, theintegration of curriculum development, highlight the "based on the work process"characteristics. Break the frame of the traditional teaching mode, in accordance with the"action oriented" teaching mode of design teaching method and teaching environment,developed a system of multi-party participation pay attention to process evaluation system, setup the concrete content of school enterprise cooperation and the implementation way, finallythe experimental teaching, in the implementation process, set up the experimental class andthe contrast class. At the same time, according to the characteristics of mode and theteaching mode to cultivate new talents, to assess students’ learning process and learning result,the analysis of the traditional teaching class and experimental class the teaching effect, andpoints out that the positive changes of the students, the teaching reform of professional description of fully mechanized mining is effective, finally points out the lack of research andimprovement direction.
