"Single + University-Enterprise Cooperation" Seafarers’ Training Mode Research In Hunan T Ransportation Institute

China "The Belt and Road" especially the maritime Silk Road countries strategy,has injected new vitality into the China shipping,shipping China ushered in new opportunities for development.The development of shipping industry is basically the increase of seafarers’quantity and the improvement of their quality.In China,the training of seafarers is mainly undertaken by the maritime professional schools and training institutions in 2007,"non marine engineering graduates seafarers training management regulations" after the introduction of colleges and universities,more and more are added to the seamen training army,Hunan vocational college,most of the time there are more than 20 recruiting and training of seafarers.This paper takes Hunan traffic vocational college seafarers training as an example,combined with the admission policy of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan especially in the implementation of the policy,to explore the "single + school enterprise cooperation training mode of seafarers.According to the Hunan traffic vocational college to understand and investigate,"on the origin and path of + school enterprise cooperation" seafarers’ training are analyzed,combined with the theory of Marxism and social function of education,on the positive function of seafarers training + cooperation "is discussed.The Hunan traffic vocational college "+ of school enterprise cooperation" seafarers training three aspects of teaching in terms of enrollment,process and local conflicts of interest dilemma is studied.On the basis of these studies,from the legal and reasonable construction of cooperation mechanism,give full play to the government’s own function;strengthen the subject construction in higher vocational colleges;actively mobilize the initiative of enterprises to participate in training;optimize the management system,puts forward suggestions to optimize four aspects to enhance the quality of students.
