Research On The Synergy Mechanism Of Government-Industry-University Science&Technology Innovation

Government-Industry-University Science&Technology Innovation refers to government, industry and university put their strength resources and capabilities together to cooperate for the purpose of innovation. The finally goals are to promote national innovation system construction, enhance national technical innovation capability and promote national economic development University as a continuum of IT organization and education organization, it has many functions such as personnel training, knowledge production, technology development, advisory services and so on. It is an important strength and part of the Government-Industry-University Science&Technology Innovation system in which it plays great collaborative role which directly impacts the overall strength of science and technology innovation. Thus, this article studies the collaborative disciplines of each subject in Government-mdustry-University Science&Technology Innovation system, establishing a healthy synergy mechanism which can provide a new idea for university’s synergy development, and also can have positive significance to improve its synergies,In the current background of collaborative innovation, this paper positioned the university’s status and role in Government-Indusuy-University Science&Technology Innovation system, comprehensively analyzed the current development status, resolved and built the synergy mechanism of Government-Industry-University Science&Technology Innovation with the cooperation and innovation theory and the Synergetic and so on. On the basis, the paper empirically analyzed the Government-Industry-University Science&Technology Innovation’s synergy development of Dalian University of Technology, and then summed up inspiration of its good synergy development to us, which can give references to other more universities.
