Low efficiency and heavy tasks are difficult problems that teaching of Chinese in lower elementary grades in Haizhu District,Guangzhou is facing. This article takes "teaching of Chinese writing in lower elementary grades as the research object, analyzing the present status and problems of teaching of Chinese writing in primary schools, summarizing and proposing the teaching mode of class writing " leading by words, combination of reading and writing " which are suitable for lower elementary grades, furthermore refining the writing assessment of lower grade students in Chinese, and helping the front-line teachers to make it more clear about the current existing problems and crux in the teaching of writing in the sake of trying to improve the teaching style of writing and arousing students’ interest towards writing learning.This paper concretely includes four aspects.Firstly,the backqround of the topic should be put forward in accordance with the present situation of teaching of Chinese writing in lower elementary grades in Haizhu District.The reaserch results at home and abroad are to be streamlined based on the theory and practice of the teaching of Chinese writing to look for the key and the breakthrough of the reasearch.Secondly, Yijing No.1 school of Haizhu District is taken as an example to proceed reasearch on basic situation and reason of lower elementary grades so as to find out the root of the low efficiency in the teaching of writing.Thirdly,optimization strategy should be raised to solve the teaching of Chinese writing in lower elementary grades according to three aspects,the teaching of writing training focus, the attempt of the writing teaching mode and special training of teachers’ writing.At last,more emphasis ought to be laid on stressing the assessment consciousness of writing habits, the formulation and implementation of the evaluation of writing standards,the diversity of the activities of writing,focusing on building formative and incentive evaluation way to promote the reform and perfection of Chinese writing in lower elementary grades.It is a benefical attempt for perfecting the teaching of writing in lower elementary grades to put forward the mode of the teaching of writing and refining the assessment of students’ writing.Our Chinese education reform happens all the time. This is just the initial stage. Returning to practice, comparing advantages, finding out the rules, learning together with students in practice, and constantly revising is the right path.
