This paper mainly explores the s uperiority of women in teachi ng, from the perspect ive of ge nder education in curriculum reform, in order to avoid the problems of the current de velopment of education with the incre ase propor tion of female teachers. In the background of new curriculum reform, modern education advocates the di vers ifie d development of st udents. China’s art education a lso cha nges gradua lly from focusing on knowledge, skills, mechanical training, to the development of democracy in the quality education. The middle school art education is to maint ain the direction of the national art education and aesthetic quality of the indispensable sta ge of devel opment. The course is more concerned about the student s’ knowledge of life.Female art teache r who own physiological, psychological elements, make the female art tea chers pay more attention to the ha r monious development of students comprehens ive qualit y and body, heart, spirit. This conforms to the devel opment of contemporary art reform. It is more conducive to the refor m and the target of art educa tion in middle schools.In this paper the aut hor tries to e xplore the intricacies of female te achers through the investigat ion and analys is of current situation and middle s chool art education curric ulum goals so as to establish their career confidence. The paper is mainly divided into two parts. The firs t part of t he article mainly analyzes the requirements of teaching skills and the development of stude nts in t he new art curriculum st andard under the ba ckground of the quality educa tion, and then put forward the significance of studying this st udy and the advantages of female teache rs in teaching combined with the natural characteristics of women. With t he above theory re search foundation,the s econd part of the survey form s to verify the the ory a nd confor ms this view by putti ng forward the content. Quest ionnai re, individual i nterviews and observation of courses are used in t his invest igat ion. The questionnaire for students is mainly about the problems around the basic intuition a nd experi ence at art class students to male and female teachers; individual intervie ws is mai nly the made by men and women teachers i n two middle schools. The paper tries to find out the current situation of male and female t eachers, s uch as: t heir understanding of art te aching, daily lessonpr eparation, c lass teaching, class work experie nce and understanding. Through the investigation we find that female teacher s are more willing t o devote t o the practical teaching, whi le the male t eachers are unwilling to be restricted in the fine arts teaching, they more or less have the purs uit of official and industrial career. This single-minded mentality also highli ghts the superior ity of female teachers in teaching.But influenced by social factors and their own developme nt, the super iority of t he female t eachers largely failed to play out in the present stage teaching. We put thes e issues and do with statistics, ext ract ed from the det ail ed data, analyzed and summarized as follows: little a tte ntion the society and female teachers themselves affect the exert ion of the advantage of female te achers, whi ch buried their superiority in the education work, further aggra vati ng the society the one-sided understanding of female teachers. According to the act ual situation, the pape r launched the initiative countermeasure s to solve these problems, i n or der to solve t he problems in middl e sc hools faced by fema le te achers of fine arts. At the end of the arti cle, the conclusion is st ated.
