The Research On Problems And Relevant Solutions Of Teachers’ Career Management In Middle School Of Huaibei City

Career Management is one way for teachers to realize their owndevelopment and success of career, at the same time, it is also one way for schools tolead teachers develop themselves and realize organization goals. Interaction betweenschool and teachers contribute to realize their win-win situation by means of thoroughand sane Career Management system. In order to know the current situation andproblems, this research launch an investigation in five middle schools of Huaibei city.The main research methods contain documentary method、questionnaire method andinterviewing method. We try to find the way to put the theory of career developmentand management into practice through a deep discussion.By the actual survey, we find that the level of teachers’ career management is nothigh enough, schools have not pay enough attentions to it too. It is showed that teachers’awareness of self-planning are not enough. their attitudes to development are not correct.their capacity and power of self-government are weak too. At school work, the lack ofcareer management awareness and specialized persons is common. On the other hand,here are little effective incentive system in these schools. Between school and teacherseffective communication is feeble as well.This research puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the actualproblems of middle school teachers’ career management at the base of surveys. In thefirst place. we should improve the self-government ability of teachers. Furthermore, itis essential for schools to establish integrity career management system includingprofessional talents、career development channel and consultation service.
