Such as, art class rate is not high, poor teaching equipment, teaching idea obsolete, learn a single method, teaching quality is not high, knowledge, the light ability, heavy technology, light taste, heavy result, light process, lesson, ignoring outside and so on, the overall pace, these problems restrict the development of our country’s education in a certain extent hindered the implementation of the new rural construction and cultural strategy. Therefore, an important problem is the problem of restricting the rural art education in the comprehensive development of China’s basic education, and also is a hot issue of social concern, is also the bottle neck hindering the quality of basic education in China with the comprehensive promotion.This article from the current situation of art education in rural areas under the back ground of analysis, through field visits, questionnaires, objective analysis of current situation of art education in rural areas, combined with the actual characteristics of rural to discuss the special problems of art education, points out the existing problems, analyzes the bottleneck of its development.
