High school physical science is one of the foundation course of high school science. It has a higher level of requirements for students on the problem difficulty and learning ability relative to the junior middle school physics. Students should possess the ability of abstract thinking about physical problem analysis not only adapt to the of ability, but also to have further improved in the interest in learning, learning self-confidence, physical problem solving, learning creative and so on. Learning power as the modern social talent training of new indicators, it covers the learning motivation, learning perseverance, learning ability and learning creativity, these are all related to students’ lifelong development skills. Improve students’ physics learning power is beneficial to their effective learning for life.About learning power, in short: it refers to the ability that students should have on the basis of target permanent learning. Learning power subordinate has four primary elements: learning motivation, learning perseverance, learning ability and learning creativity. Based on the effective research at home and abroad and starting from the discipline nature of physics, this paper will divide the four primary elements of learning power into 13 secondary factors related to physical subordinates, in order to study the physics learning interest, learning curiosity, learning motivation, learning self-confidence, learning perseverance, learning self-control, physical thinking ability, ability to use physical thinking method and physical experiment exploration ability, physics problem solving ability, migration and transformation, reflection and questioning, creation and invention.In order to understand the discipline construction of the senior high school physical and the present situation of students’ physical learning condition,This study designed the related teacher interview and student questionnaire. Respondents selected three county high school, we draw a major work class, a regular class to make a comparison from grade one and two of these high schools. Survey data by using statistical software conversion percentage, and the quantitative data processing, calculate the average and standard deviation values, in combination with graphics are compared, we compare the overall level of the students in physical learning power and categories from vertical and horizontal angle and conduct T test for it.The paper give strategy recommendations from the viewpoints of students, teachers and schools to improve students’ physical learning power combined with the status we analysis. The purpose is to improve reference for further ascension in the teaching practice for high school students’ physics learning power.
