A Study On Development Strategy Of China Social Work With Executive-led Structure

When we talk about social work in the old times, we refer to the thing which has been done by our government. What social worker do is just like administrative affairs as social work is not a well-know major. But we want a change today. We social workers need the money from our country, and we also need to keep who we are and what we should do. It is sad to hear that social work is a tool of national power. Actually, there is lots of challenges.Social work today is more and more well known by the nation which we’re happy to say. But how government to see the profession is in the old way: orders and missions, social workers get much more concerns then. Should I work by order or by needs? As a successful case of social work practice, the operation experience of this program is worth to study. To see what we did yesterday, we shall be aware of ways to do tomorrow.I use qualitative research to manage this paper, and practical experiences comes to the strategy. We have to make sure that no matter what we do, our goal is to make a better society for social work. We can believe that people will know the importance of what we do today, people will join us with any effort, people will see social work is a shining star in the future sky.
