The development of school-based curriculum of this concept with the new curriculum reform and the comprehensive implementation, walked slowly into the China Education Curriculum reformers vision, has become the focus of a reform, many schools as the school characteristic to planning, management and development. The development of school-based curriculum and there was initial security policy, the development of school-based curriculum can be from the actual situation, make it suit one’s measures to local conditions, the effective use of all the local resources, reflect the students’adaptability to the new curriculum reform, meanwhile combined with the students’interests and needs and traditions and advantages of the school.
