The development of economy and progress of society has brought us diversified and convenient social life. However, diversified life has made various values interweave with each other, and has exerted negative influence on the value of Grade 7 students. These students are not mature physically and mentally, have insufficient awareness of ethics, and they are lack of self-control ability. So it is highly likely that they will find it hard to judge values and choose right ones when faced with diversified values, which leads to their lowered standards for ethical behaviors of themselves and others, and it will influence their ability to understand and judge, and tell right from wrong, and good from evil. Therefore, it is highly important to improve their ability to judge ethical behaviors. In school ethical education, the ideological and ethical education class remains the main channel of education. It is imperative to strengthen ethical judgment capability of students in this class. By means of observation and interview, the author aims to get to know the status quo of the ethical judgment capability of students of the 7th Grade, problems lie in the class, categorize these problems and analyze the reasons. In conclusion, the author attempts to make relevant countermeasures through the combination of teaching resources and methods.
