The Primary And Secondary School Famous Teacher Career Sustainable Development Research

The development of education is inseparable from the teacher,the primary and secondary school famous teacher as the first among the teachers,not only is the assurance of quality education,they can also generate radiation and leading role of the other teachers,promote the development of China’s educational undertakings.But the primary and secondary school famous teacher’s career development is facing difficulties now,it is difficult to achieve career sustainable development.Therefore it is necessary to study the development status of the primary and secondary school famous teachers,analyze the factors affecting the career sustainable development of teacher, look for problem-solving strategies,and help teachers achieve career sustainable development.The article is divided into five parts:The first part, it describes the research purpose 、significance 、core concept definition 、 the summary researching on the famous teacher’s development and application of research methods.The second part, it describes the theoretical basis of this study, it consists of two part : "the second curve" theory and attribution theory.Part III, the primary and secondary school famous teacher of Urumqi Toutunhe District are treated as object of study,adopting questionnaire to study the current situation of the career development of the primary and secondary school famous teacher, from the overall score and the score of the plateau of approaching decision center、the score of the plateau of professional development、the score of the plateau of position promotion、the score of the plateau of title promotion,to analyze the status of the famous teacher career plateau, from three aspects of gender, seniority and school stage to analyze the feature of the famous teacher career plateau.Part IV, using questionnaire to study the primary and secondary school famous teacher’s attribution on their career success and career development stagnation. From four aspects of ability, effort, task and luck to analyze the factors affecting the famous teacher career development.Part V, based in the data analysis of the third part and the fourth part, from three aspects of the primary and secondary school famous teacher’s own, schools and educational administrative departments,we propose strategies to promote the sustainable career development of the famous teacher. These strategies including:make a good personal career planning;learn and master some time management strategies;improve their ability of research;primary and secondary schools to establish partnerships with universities and research institutions;reduce the workload of primary and secondary school teachers appropriately.
