This paper explore the domestic and foreign development situation of \ "Guan Jiao cooperation\", and an example analysis of parts of social art resources in mainland China in the development and application status of primary and middle school art teaching pattern; After investigating the urumqi elementary and middle schools for this topic research, then analysis the xinjiang uygur autonomous region museum Guan Jiao cooperation case, in the middle and primary schools in order to understand the current Guan Jiao cooperation pattern, and find problems and Suggestions.
