Thesis from the point of view of management, through the four aspects of integrated management is "plan, implementation, inspection, handling" interpretation and analysis of new teachers in Higher Normal Colleges of education, and the status quo of Guizhou Normal University teacher management based on the investigation and study, the course setting, implementation, evaluation, education, influencethe implementation process. Based on analysis and comparison of the related theory of teacher education curriculum management theory and practice to make our higher education institutions present teacher education curriculum management and Guizhou Normal University teacher education curriculum management, explore the characteristics and problems of teacher education curriculum in Higher Normal Colleges and universities management, and the reference of the successful cases of domestic colleges and universities on teacher education curriculum reform, put forward feasible suggestions.First of all, studies and analyzes the problems of teacher education and put forward the research status at home and abroad. Secondly, the definition of related concepts, in order to investigate the current situation of Guizhou Normal University teacher education curriculum management on research, including the Guizhou Normal University teacher education curriculum management standards, teacher education curriculum management, teacher education curriculum management development and management, teacher education curriculum management advantages and disadvantages, problems and Countermeasures of teachers in China’s higher the education of Teachers College Curriculum management.
