A Philosophical Consideration On The Modern College Graduates’ Low Employment

College students’ low employment means more and more college graduates have difficult in finding a suitable job during Chinese society’s development, even unemployed when graduate. Employment is caused by modern civilized. Nowadays, most countries include those developed industrial countries have this problem. But, the low employment problem of China which appears in recent years, have some in common, and more differences indeed. The same part of the problem is the common problem in intellectual economy times. While the difference is the degree, the problem would cause the instable of the countries, which is different from other developed countries. More and more graduates could not find a job in time, and even without salary, those problems result our special college students’ low employment problem. Which influence our ordinary principle, especially risky for the society’s stable.From the perspective of Marx’s philosophy, the reason of the problem is the historical production, which related with our society’s reform, and the contradiction during the Chinese’s reforming and transformation. The problem of College Students’ employment is closely related to the development of social reform in China. In detail, the deep reasons include: unbalanced development of social reform, the reform lag between government and society, the slow adjustment of economic structure, the influence of traditional culture "official standard" thought etc. while the most important reason is the social basic contradiction, Because their movement constitutes the power system of the whole social development, the solution to any social problems depends on their dialectical movement. Accordingly, the solution to the college students’ low employment is also to depend on the dialectical movement of the basic social contradiction.
