Before 1998, our country had once a "employment package distribution" way to achieve the employment arrangements of university students, the students have been employed when they did not graduate, without having to worry about the transition and the transition from school to the community. In 1999 the Ministry of Education issued "Education Revitalization Action Plan for the 21st Century", there has been continuous enrollment of colleges and universities, making higher education from elite education into public education.After 2003 the first graduates of college enrollment reached 2.12 million, compared with last year soared 46%:,in 2004 reached 2.8 million graduates. By 2015 the total number of college graduates will reach 749 million, then 22 million increase over 2014, a record high.On one hand, the university enrollment expansion promotes the development of higher education, and has trained more talents for the society, but on the other hand, because of the increasing enrollment, the university student’s employment difficulty is becoming more and more prominent."Graduate are unemployment" this sentence has become a social and public’s first public opinion for the university students’ employment problem, university students’ employment problem has become the important people’s livelihood problems affecting China’s economic and social development, to solve the college students’employment difficulties countries issued relevant measures to promote employment, such as encouraging college students to the Midwest and small businesses, and grass-roots employment, rural special jobs, job-creating measures such as drafted into the army.To a certain extent, increasing the number of university students’ employment have a positive significance.However, college students employment problem should include two aspects, one is’ quantity’ employment of university students’ employment problem, the other one is university employment’ quality of college students’ employment quality. Therefore, the state and society to improve the quality of college students’ employment rate and employment has very important strategic significance.Employment quality is a comprehensive and diversity of a concept, the influencing factors on the quality of the university students’ employment has a lot of, such as gender, census register seat, education level, the reputation of school and so on.This article attempts to study and discuss the quality of college graduates’ employment from the perspective of age. To the existing literature, the main research of university graduates employment quality is not much, but also very few. At the same time, age and employment will also be involved in the age discrimination and empirical discrimination of these two issues. This article will use the literature review method, interview method, questionnaire survey method and the quantitative analysis method,to get the different age stages of college graduates’ employment quality. And use the conclusion and age discrimination, experience discrimination to contact and contrast.This paper first introduces the research background, illustrates the topic selection basis, as well as research methods and ideas. Then the employment quality and the quality of university students’ employment related theories are reviewed. At the same time the related literature experience discrimination and age discrimination are summarized and induction.Then, established college students employment quality index evaluation system which include "employment opportunities", "employment status", "employment security", "job satisfaction"4 first-level indicators,12 secondary indicators and 80 tertiary index.According to the index evaluation system, the questionnaire survey of college graduates’ employment quality is designed, which includes basic information, job information and satisfaction scale.After the completion of the questionnaire, from the end of July to beginning of August, the author went to Lanzhou, Xi’an, Chengdu, Chongqing and Guiyang, and other places, for a period of more than half a month of field survey.The research data will be divided into three parts, the basic information, the job information and the satisfaction scale. The basic conclusions are drawn by using SPSS 19.0 software.Finally, to improve the quality of employment of university graduates, proposed in view of the government and schools two aspects of policy recommendations.The basic conclusions of this paper include:First, from the point of view of the analysis of the basic information, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises is the main flow direction of the graduates; College students choose to work is the major reason for the hope to have a stable and work with the career development space, especially stability, which is now one of the reasons for civil servants hot; at work, most college graduates can do "Learn in order to practice", most people are doing with their professional counterparts, or related work.Second, after the age group, the physical level employment quality index increases with age,mental and psychological aspects of the employment quality index declines with age.Third, the investigators subjective satisfaction, aged 21 to 24 and 29 to 32, satisfaction with the degree of the two ages are similar,25 to 28 years old at the age of satisfaction is the worst.Fourth, on the whole, employment quality of 21-24 years and 29-32 years are similar.25-28 years old employment quality not as good as the first two age groups.employment qualityFifth, experience discrimination restriction of low ages and age discrimination restriction high ages seem to do well. So the employers cannot simply from the unilateral factors will reject others, or to think comprehensively.
