In today’s human capital is as important capital of enterprises development situation, the large flow of human resources and human capital management system has become a major concern of enterprise human resources department. On the one hand, our country enterprise the growth of the population has grown and expanded the selectivity of human resource flow space, lead to enterprise’s new staff ratio worse; On the other hand, under the condition of the human capital level of imbalance, new employees post adaptability problem has become the norm in the enterprise development the problem. Enterprises new employees into the new work environment, the need to adapt as soon as possible with the new colleagues, new leadership and subordinate relationship, make oneself can take on new work quickly and efficiently. New employees enterprise can clear on the function and position in the new job? Can adapt to the complex new relationships? For the new employees to overcome the fear of a new job and barriers will have a very important role, is also the enterprise retain new staff, establish an effective communication system is the main way to new employees. Enterprise new employee job adaptability has become a social problem, a social worker on the basis of professional knowledge, combined with the experience of social work, the new employees of the enterprise to carry out the time sensitive and special post adaptability research and guidance, is has a very strong practical significance.In this study, through the new employees to participate in the enterprise group, using qualitative research method, to A new recruits chamberlain as A case, more press close to the actual situation of awareness of the circumstances of the new employees for jobs of the enterprise, understand the enterprise new employees in the face of the new job is not applicable to the performance of the form, and deep mining on the cause of these don’t adapt to the situation, choose according to the actual situation from the perspective of social work intervention methods, try to solve the new employees don’t adapt to the feeling of new jobs. The system of social work intervention in this article, will be treated as the key point of intervention, through the contact with new employees more colleagues, leadership, family interviews awareness of new employees working condition and attitude, and many times I talk with new employees, to know their true thoughts and needs. And in accordance with the way and scheme of social work, from the perspective of emotional soothing and crisis control, promote enterprises to improve the new employee training and management strategy, establish more humanized and more harmonious interpersonal environment, so that new employees from psychological comfort and willing to accept the new environment and working, and even the interpersonal relations, from the perspective of psychological needs new employees make it easier to adapt to new jobs, thus improve their ability to adapt.
