Then, find the problems and concluding it when doing research and analysis in the process of inductive statistics, and seek the related cases in teaching to evidence.we can using questionnaire and interview to found that students learning conditions,and know the phenomenon of "migration" occurrence probability, quality and exit some problems. On the analysis of the phenomenon,the teacher could said,it’s necessity, importance and feasibility of teachers guide students to transfer, as the center of the study and the breakthrough point, put forward how to eliminate the impact of the phenomenon of negative transfer, promote positive transfer occurs.
