The new curriculum in China has been carried out for many years, but the teaching problem of physics at the beginning of high school still have not been solved. This problem is particularly prominent in the Panzhihua senior high school. It has seriously affected the quality of physics teaching. This paper tries to find out the effective ways to solve the problem from the difficulty of the physical connectionThis paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the present situation, the significance, the theoretical basis and the method of the present study. In the second chapter, first, we did the questionnaire survey. Then, we combined the teaching methods and students’ experience. Third, we studied the differences of physical between junior high and senior high, and the differences of the students and the teachers. And then, we concluded the causes. From chapter three, with the help of the theoretical guidance and the combination of practice and exploration, from the aspects of learning enthusiasm, we proposed a set of strategies to improve their learning ability and improve the quality of the teachers. In the fourth chapter, we carries on the analysis of the results, which proves the validity of the results of this study.
