With the number of college graduates growing sustainably,the quality of College Students' employment has become one of the goal of government work in recent years.Independent colleges and universities are an important part of colleges and universities.However,due to short running time,low social acceptance and other reasons,the employment situation of independent colleges is more severe than other university.Graduates' employment quality has become an important indicator to measure the level of independent colleges.The study of graduates' employment quality is helpful to improve the self-construction of independent colleges and to make reasonable career development plans for students.Improving the employment quality of graduates from independent colleges will help to improve the employment quality of college students and even the whole society.It is of great practical significance to study the employment quality of graduates from independent colleges.Firstly,this thesis combines literature research,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the employment quality evaluation system of Liren College of Yanshan University.The evaluation system includes six first-level indicators: working environment,career development,salary and welfare,equal employment,employment stability and employment satisfaction.There are 13 second-level indicators under the first-level indicators,and each of the second level indicators are given corresponding weights.Secondly,taking the graduates of Liren College of Yanshan University as the research object,according to the indicators of employment quality at all levels,this thesis designs questionnaires,collects,summarizes and collates data by sending questionnaires,then,analyses the employment quality of Liren College of Yanshan University and the impact factors,finds out the potential problems of the employment quality of Liren College of Yanshan University according to data analysis.Finally,aiming at the common problems existing in Liren College of Yanshan University and other independent colleges,this thesis puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment quality of graduates of independent colleges from the view points of government,universities,employers and graduates.At the government level,legislation should be strengthened to optimize the employment environment.Schools should innovate the training mode of talents and broaden the channels of employment.Employers should establish a scientific concept of employment and pay attention to personnel training.Graduates should make reasonable career planning and increase investment in career search.
