In recent years, with our country reform and the implementation of the teachers’ qualification system, a large number of normal and non-normal graduates enter the primary school education industry, has injected new vigor and vitality for primary school teachers. However, for the first new teachers to be going to work, during the induction in work, study, life and physical and mental aspects such as facing many confusion, don’t adapt to, and even frustration. And can overcome the difficulties as soon as possible, through induction phase adjustment period, not only affect the primary school teachers’ current education teaching work, but also related to each new teachers’ professional development in the future. Therefore, the primary school new teachers’ vocational adaptability problem worthy of further research.Mainly in jilin city N primary school, for example, this article mainly using the survey method, interview method and factor analysis to the primary school new teachers’ vocational adaptability situation of the research, on the one hand to the comprehensive understanding of the jilin city N primary school new teachers faced difficulties in education and teaching; On the other hand to analysis influence during the primary orientation of the new teacher work adaptability problems, the main factors in order to put forward practical countermeasures and Suggestions can effectively solve the problem, help primary school new teachers through the adaptation period, faster into the order of teachers.The content of this paper includes the following aspects:The first part is the introduction. Mainly expounds the selected topic reason, the research purpose and meaning, related research at home and abroad, definition and research methods.The second part is the jilin city N primary school new teachers’ vocational adaptability situation investigation. Mainly through the methods of questionnaire, interview, from the aspects of education, teaching, class management and teaching and research, induction period of jilin city a few primary school for three years, 75 new teachers actual investigation, and new found in order to explore elementary school teachers’ occupational adaptation.The third part is the primary school new teachers’ vocational adaptation perspective and the reason analysis.
