In the early period of the new culture movement in China, the famous educator Tao Xingzhi raises the students "self-management" concept. Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China’s vigorous development of education, class autonomous management has been many of our educators recognition and practice in the 21st century, with the full scope of the new curriculum reform, "people-oriented" autonomous management has become the core content of the reform of class management.However, from the author as a junior high school teacher in charge work more than ten years of experience, the management of the junior’middle school class still exist many "false autonomy" phenomenon. This paper is based on my school (D middle school, Ningbo) status of class management, the use of questionnaires, interviews and other methods of teachers and students, by using the method of questionnaire, interviews with teachers and students and other methods, trying to carries on the analysis in view of the pseudo independent of the problems existing in the process of the class autonomous management, Class Autonomous management should have the characteristics of the proposed, to discuss these issues behind the subjective and objective reasons. And through a period of practice, trying to develop the goal of self-management from the class, the system construction, the implementation of coordination and evaluation of management and other aspects of reform and exploration. To meet the needs of junior high school students’physical and mental development and the development of new curriculum reform and development requirements of junior high school class autonomous management research results, for the junior high school teacher in charge of class self-management work to provide help.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction. It mainly elaborates the background of class management, the present situation, purpose, method and significance of this paper. At the same time, through the CNKI, EBSCO and other databases of Chinese and foreign literature to sort out the relevant review.The second part is an overview of the theory of Class Autonomous management, which contains the concept of self-management and class self-management’s elements, as well as the significance of self-management for junior middle school students’physical and mental development.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of junior high school class autonomous management. According to the author taught school at this stage of Class Autonomous management problem analysis, according to research the shortcomings of the class cadre management class and causes of these problems.The fourth part to the author taught in junior middle school three year classes as the object of study, the junior middle school class autonomous management practice exploration. Focus on the subject of the reduction of students, full participation, democratic and equal dialogue, management system and the comprehensive evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation of practical measures for junior high school classes to carry out independent management to provide guidance strategies and specific methods.The fifth part is the analysis of the results of this study and the reflection of the next step.
