Training qualified people to have the skills of working on the production line, as well as managing the production line is the teaching aim of numerical control specialty in secondary vocational school. It emphasizes the adaptability of the graduates. Yet nowadays,with the decreasing enrollment year by year, it affects the educational scale and the reputation of the specialty greatly. Except for the affection of teaching equipment, the main restriction factors for realization of the teaching goal is that teaching methods of the specialty are far too behind.Through comparing and analyzing the training mode of vocational NC in domestic schools and in foreign schools, the author defined the Teaching Model and Operation Mode of “Double-track Parallel Training in Both School and Enterprise” in a scientific way and frame the operation method of “Double-track Parallel Training in Both School and Enterprise”with school characteristic. All these observations are based on the students of grade 2012, 2013 and 2014, who studied in Hengxian, Guangxi Province. We take the practical study of teaching reform according to the teaching method of “Double-track Parallel Training in Both School and Enterprise”. We carried out the teaching method from the following aspects: core curriculum, main courses arrangement, Teachers Group Construction, ability assessment and School-enterprise Cooperation. So as to form a teaching method of “task-driven, alternated between studying and training” inside school and frame a cooperation mode between school and enterprises of “teaching alternative practice + training in both school and enterprise”This method was proved to be well-running through the data comparative analysis before and after the reform in NC in Hengxian. The project improved the employment ability and social competence of rural vocational NC graduates effectively. |
