Ethnic minority areas five years of primary education major students as preparatory group of future national area elementary education teachers, their identity for primary school teachers directly affects the healthy development of the elementary education in the ethnic minority areas. In order to change the backwardness of elementary education in the ethnic minority areas and enhance the national area elementary education majors student teachers professional identity sense, this study in Honghe National Normal school five years of primary education major students as the object of study, through questionnaires and interviews, investigated the the school primary school education professional students of primary school teachers professional identity status, the survey showed that:(1) primary education students in their understanding, the professional knowledge, to the primary school teachers professional identity basically reached the general level; on the various dimensions of the professional identity of the variables, professional knowledge and professional culture had the highest scores, professional emotion score minimum.(2) students of Han nationality and minority students in their own understanding, teachers professional identity and professional emotion, professional training, professional ability, career preparation dimensions there are significant differences; on the professional knowledge, professional cognition, professional ability does not exist significant differences; whether boys or girls, the teacher’s professional identity of minority students are higher than the Han nationality students; whether minority students and Han students. The development trend of teachers’ professional identity is with grade increased teachers’ professional identity also in unceasing enhancement.(3) boys and girls in their understanding, the professional knowledge no significant difference, there are significant differences between teachers’ professional identity, but girls on the professional knowledge, teachers’ professional identity scores higher than boys, the boys of their own understanding is higher than that of girls.(4) Primary education students in each grade of professional identity of is increased with the grade, understanding of their own, to teachers’ professional identity has also been enhanced, there are ups and downs in the professional knowledge; on the various dimensions of the professional identity, with increasing grade, professional knowledge, career preparation and constantly enhance, vocational training, professional affection and professional ability have ups and downs; on the teachers’ professional identity, between one and two, grade three and four and five grade exist significant differences and one, two, grade three exist significant difference; between the fourth and fifth grade does not exist significant differences.(5) primary school education majors that have patience, respect for primary school children are the most important for a knowledge of primary school teachers, the teaching ability, management ability and communication ability, affinity.From the individual internal and external individual students surveyed the influence factors of teacher’s occupation identity primary school education majors are as follows:(1) the individual internal reasons: non voluntary choice of primary education majors in Teachers’ professional identity is low; personal values in job seeking ability and personal influence teachers’ professional identity, not from their own interest hobby to choice of profession and the feeling can not competent professional identity of teachers work degree is low.(2) the individual external reason: think school curriculum and teaching is not close to the elementary school teachers’ professional identity is low. It is believed that schools do not attach importance to the professional career identity degree is relatively low; professional employment prospects are considered a bad career low degree of recognition.(3) the individual character and quality and the education environment also affect the occupation identity is an important factor.According to the research results from the students’ individual, school, education authorities, the community put forward to improve the professional identity of primary school education professional students:(1) individual students: a correct understanding of self and activation of the vocational interest; in-depth understanding of the primary education, strengthen the professional emotion; independent to strengthen vocational skills training, improve the professional ability; do a good job in preparation for a career full, actively respond to competition for jobs.(2) schools: strengthening the vocational education in all grades; strengthening professional ideological education; improve the rationality of curriculum.(3) Department of Education: timely implementation of the primary school teachers to the kindergarten flow.
