The essence of the modern enterprise competition is the talent competition, if enterprise want to win in the marketplace and achieve their development goals, they must stand on a strategic level to strengthen human resources training. Achieve enterprise strategic objectives can not leave the enterprise human resources training support, then, how to deal with the huge challenges of the enterprise human resources in knowledge economy era and establish an effective training system in order to achieve synchronization with the enterprise strategy development, has become a major problem facing the development of enterprise.Under the current situation, Tianjin Port undertakes the important mission of the rapid economic development of Tianjin Binhai New Area and the area around bohai bay, how to seize the opportunity, efficient and sustainable make full use of the port resources, relies heavily on systemic and effective staff training to construction of a high-quality personnel, so as to realize Tianjin Port strategic objectives.But the status of human resources training in Tianjin Port has gone against the initiative and creativity of employees in the training project, can not achieve the desired training effect. So this paper based on a comprehensive analysis of the Present Situation of Tianjin Port human resources training, puts forward to establish th training system suitable for the development strategy of Tianjin Port staff, from the training strategy, training organizations, and training processes guides the establishment of the trade union training system, and puts forward to countermeasures and suggestions of the establishment of the trade union training system, so as to effectively ensure the establishment of the trade union training system plays an active role in making up the current lack of human resources training in Tianjin Port, makes the training of Tianjin Port more relevant to the actual development of the company, effectively improves the quality of staff, promotes the development of Tianjin Port, Ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the Tianjin Port.
