Research On Quality Management Of QC Company

With continuous improvement of imported price of color-coated sheet, China’s importvolume of color-coated sheet begins to decline, while the capacity of color-coated sheet inChina is increasing and comes into being a situation which beyond the requirements.Therefore, many substantial companies turn the target market to foreign countries, onlyproduce products with high-quality, can these companies have a foothold in foreign markets.QC company positions its products in high-end market and has a relatively stableinternational market. But more and more clients have stricter requirements on product quality,so in order to guarantee the quality and requirements of clients, QC company needs toimprove its Quality Management System continuously.On the base of the study on the relative theories of quality management, this paperbriefly analyzes the current situation of quality management in QC company, and finds manyproblems, such as the implement of ISO9000standard, the form of quality culture, the systemof quality responsibility, information management of quality and so on. In order to solve theseproblems mentioned above, QC company mainly acts as follows: put forward theimprovement project of quality management system, perfect the documents of qualitymanagement system and conduct integrative quality management training; come up withconstruction measures and programs for quality culture; complete current system of productidentity card and product quality traceability system. At the same time, introduce advancedquality management method--Six Sigma to discuss the blasting paint problem in depth,hoping that Six Sigma’s application on this problem can be used in other quality managementproblems, and make contribution to QC company’s quality guarantee and improvement.
