Today,to improve the scientific and technological achievements into power of production has become an important strategy to develop economy for each country in the world.Each country in the world manages to develop different activities of scientific and technological achievements through all kinds of channels beside adopting effective policies and measurements of administrative management ,economy and law, quickening the process from laboratory to industrial department,shortening the period from scientific discovery to technological innovation to application,,making scientific and technological achievement into products to raise its comprehensive power.Comparing with foreign countries,only a few of them have been changed into production in practice,though many scientific and technological achievements have been produced,especial competitive industry is much less,which is inevitable to arouse the thought for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.With reference to the results home and abroad,the thesis designs an accessible and feasible index system of scientific and achievements transformation on the base of the analysis about the process and the correlative factors,then evaluates scientific and technological achievements transformation in twenty-nine regions,at last it raised some advice.The thesis is considered with five chapters in all.The first chapter is the summary about the thesis,which includes the background and summerizes the research of scientific and technological achievements.The second one is of the theretical research,firstly, which introduces and analyzes correlative definitions of scientific and technological achievements transformation,then the analysis of the process and correlative factors,in order to understand the correlative bodies and factors in scientific and technological achievements transformation and could put well foundation for the next research.
