System design is the basic safeguard to make an organization run effectively. The system design thinking embodies the efficiency and value of the organization. The most obvious feature of excellent organizations is displayed in their advantaged system design and system management. Therefore, upon further study and research of the management situation of the organization, to build a perfect management system and improve the efficiency of the organization, and maximize the corporate interests is a matter of concern to modern corporate managers.The reduction of work efficiency is determined by various factors. Many problems existed in the process of organization and management is likely to reduce the employees’ job satisfaction and lead to the decline of their work enthusiasm, which will certainly lower the work efficiency of the whole enterprise. When the work efficiency of the employees reduces continuously, the leaders tend to attribute it to the staff’s working ability and personal quality, which will indirectly lead to the fact that enterprise does not adjust their organization &management structures according to their situation in order to realize survival and development.In this paper, JC Design Institute is the main study object. Through the way of questionnaire survey, we make some research towards various problems existed in enterprise management, such as corporate strategy, organizational structure, human resources management, internal operation and corporate cultures. Upon a series of statistical data, we will know the internal management situation, find out the existing problems, analyze them and resolve them finally. We also raise the concept of “strengthen management, promote the enterprise’s diversified development”; implement quality management, optimize service concept, improve enterprise management system, optimize the organization; formulate people-oriented HR management policy with the aim of enhancing the core competiveness of the enterprise; set up core value, try to make some advices on how to build a harmonious corporate culture, improve the organizational management level and promote the stable development of the enterprise.
