On this basis, the idea of establishing the security system of the rural drinking water has been discussed and a comprehensive security system has been established, which fit the rural drinking water of Chaoyang City, by drawing the successful experience of domestic and foreign rural drinking water security and combining with the national water conditions and the development practice of the rural drinking water of Chaoyang City in the last years. And the feasibility of the new system is analyzed by the actual results of the work of the rural drinking water in Kazuo County.Finally, it can be concluded that the system of the safety of rural drinking water must be established.
