L Company is an outbound integrated offshore fishing company established in July1999approved by the Shandong Provincial People’s Government. The company is part of Shandong Province State-owned Assets Investment Holdings Ltd. The company has8836employees and nine branches. The company’s main business is offshore fishing, marine transportation, marine products deep processing and export trade. It has relatively complete industrial chain and is named Shandong provincial agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. With the continuous development and expansion of company, the management approach requires continuous improvement in order to adapt to the development of company. But also to meet the growing demand for the material needs and personal development at all levels and at all stages of the employee, thus to improve the enterprise’s overall employee satisfaction.This paper takes L Company as the study object, and takes the analysis of employee satisfaction survey as an important management method, Through literature research, questionnaires and statistical analysis, crossover study, on the basis of reference in Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ, abbreviated) model (long form), appropriate modifications was made on the MSQ model combined with the actual situation in order to ensure the scientific evaluation methods. According to the actual situation of the company it conducted a survey questionnaire design and established survey program, a clear survey purpose and scope, using the one to one interviews with employees to investigate the focus of them and therefore determined the index weight. In employee satisfaction surveys, also used the one to one interviews and questionnaires, etc. to obtain the survey data, analyzed the survey data of employee satisfaction in2013, learned the current status of employee satisfaction company, analyzed the specific factors influencing employee satisfaction, and the impact of employee satisfaction on corporate performance, to investigate the reasons for changes in employee satisfaction. On the basis of survey results and the above research, it proposed appropriate measures to improve the company’s employee satisfaction, so as to retain talents for the company, reduce employee turnover, improve employee satisfaction, to ensure a competitive advantage of human resources from the root, and to improve economic efficiency of enterprises, which can promote the company’s development on the basis of consolidating current operating conditions.
