With the endless development of network economy and network of the enterprise,to the Internet as a consumer network platform is by virtue of its remarkableconvenience and economy developing rapidly, more and more people graduallyabandoned the traditional line shopping way and start to choose the network shopping.Under the environment of network, the traditional business model has manydisadvantages, such as asymmetric information, transport channel is not the economy,sales lag, which led to a series of problems, which requires new business model toimprove the traditional commercial mode brings much inconvenience. Managementguru Peter Drucker once said:"today’s business competition is not the competitionbetween products, but between the business models competition". Visible, in thenetwork economy, business model innovation is the key to win the competitionadvantage. This year’s NPC and CPPCC also mentioned, business model innovation isthe key to the Internet, the Internet of things, large data network in enterprises in the eraof innovation to win. Network enterprises to adapt to market changes and trends inchanges in demand and network consumption of network consumer, also need toinnovation of business model to obtain competitive advantage. Therefore, study onbusiness model innovation of enterprise, especially the enterprise business modelinnovation under the network economic environment, have important inspiration andreference. To study the business model innovation of enterprises, in addition to clear theconcept of the business model, but also needs to study the influencing factors ofbusiness model innovation has what, how these factors produce and have the influence,these factors influence which aspects of the enterprise business model, the research onthese problems is the key. This paper is based on the background of network economy,the influence factors of business model innovation of enterprise network study what andanalyze their effects.Based on the background of network economy environment, combined with thecurrent situation of business model innovation, the characteristics of the networkeconomy and business model innovation study power and innovation approaches,proposed model study of influence of business model innovation based on networkeconomic environment factors, from the entrepreneurial spirit, web station performance,competitive pressure, the network consumer and technological innovation, those fivefactors summary and summarizes the affecting factors of business model innovation.Inaddition, the nine factor model of Osterwalder reference and combining with theresearch of Johnson model, this paper put forward three dimensions to measure theinnovation of commercial mode, namely the value advocated innovation, profit modelinnovation and business model innovation.For the proposed research model, this paperuses SPSS17.0to make an empirical study, on the questionnaire data put forward thecorresponding research conclusion.The two factors of entrepreneurship and the pressure of competition has asignificant impact on business model innovation; in addition, the factors of siteperformance have a significant impact on the business model innovation value advocated innovation and business model innovation; the factors of online consumerhas a significant impact on the business model innovation in the value proposition ofinnovation and profit pattern innovation;and the technology innovation factor has asignificant impact on operating model. Finally, according to the results of this study, putforward the corresponding management implications and constructive comments andsummarizes problems.
