In the environment of increasing competition in the banking industry,the products and businesses of domestic commercial Banks are gradually homogenized,and the demand of the bank business growth and profit growth cannot be satisfied solely from scale expansion or product innovation.Therefore,optimizing the internal structure to enhance the core competence of the bank,building a competitive account manager team,by improving the quality of the service of the customer manager,the promotion of the quality of the service of the bank can be particularly important in raising the operation effectiveness of the commercial bank,and a clear and fair set of the company is capable of exciting the client manager's initiative,The performance management system that promotes the benign and sustainable development of the customer manager team is the most important thing to support the management of the customer manager.This article selects HX bank customer manager's performance management system as the main object of study,for the bank customer manager performance management present situation and the existence question has carried on the analysis and discussion,explaining the HX bank to carry out the importance and urgency of the customer manager performance system reform,and on this basis,combining with HX Banks operating current and future strategic planning condition,respectively from the performance management of performance planning,performance coaching,performance evaluation and performance results application of four links of HX bank customer manager performance management system optimization design was carried out.In the course of research,the comprehensive application of disciplines such as human resource management,bank management and performance management,through the final study on the performance management method such as balanced scoring method and key index method,results in a new set of account manager's performance management system that is more suitable for HX bank development status.The design of management system follows the basic principle of unity,comprehensiveness and fairness,through the improvement of the management system of the customer manager's performance management system,to achieve the organic harmonics of the bank development goal and the personal performance target of the customer manager,to promote the HX bank's promotion of the management skills of the customer manager,and to improve the initiative and professionalism of the account manager for his own position,so as to realize the rapid growth of the overall performance of the customer manager's personal performance and HX bank's.
