Our country of agricultural land rights system is built on the collective ownership by the working people in the basis of socialist public ownership system, the change of practice and effect never bypassed peasant class which take up dominant position of the population. In recent years, the choose of land property rights systemBecome a hot topic in academic debate. The land property rights system and the Reform of the household registration system since the Eighteenth National People’s Congress will determine our living conditions in Long time coming. Therefore, the study of agricultural land system not be separated off backtracking to the relationship of land rights and our survival way. Rural land collective ownership as a legacy of collectivization era, is built on rubble of political and social order.Land rights as an abstract concept, is hard to reach a complete understanding through simple comparison of system performance. To understand the farmer’s emotion of on the land, it is necessary to interpreting the reform of land rights of collectivization period within the framework of sociology, Lays out the reform of survival way under the time change,that is the understanding to mode of production and way of life.After the founding of nation, agricultural land system change from "Land to the tillers" to "Collective ownership". Farmers participate in grand socialist reform movement under the powerful appeal of central authority. The Land collectivization which bring farmers hope and disappointment, profoundly impact their cognitive status of land ownership, Its decline incentive system also hit the farmer’s labor enthusiasm. According to the authors understanding, land ownership has its own unique logic, Land ownership can objectively but not directly affect farmers’ production and state of life. In the political movement accompanied Land reform, land rights change from farmer owns land to "Collective ownership". Labor pattern change from individual alone to the collective, Allocation method change from distribution according to work to the average allocation. Under the deeply impacting of tradition of egalitarianism cultural and political power to rural area, farmers’ awareness of the concept of land ownership change along with the reform in land ownership structure. Today the formation of farmers concept of land rights is closely related to the unique historical process.China’s land ownership system is "public ownership", But the public nature of land ownership does not mean that the public nature of the land use rights. Effective land property rights system is often manifested as Powers decomposed a certain extent. All in all, to carry out the association studies of the reform of land ownership with the change of farmers lifestyle, could improve land use efficiency and promoting social wealth creation activities, people can make a property arrangements to limited land based on the characteristics of land. Fully understand the significance of the land rights system to rural areas, agriculture and farmers, will help us to make the right path choice.
