Study Of Coordination Between Urban Construction Land And Town Development In Fuding City

Fuding city has initiated its development strategies in recent years. The industrialization and urbanization constantly developed further. Regional land use and land cover types have changed significantly. In particular, great unreasonable changes have been made in the construction of the town in Fuding city. Not only would have negative effects on ecological protection, but also would impede social economical sustainable development. So, analysis on the coordination between urban construction land and urban development in Fuding city was studied in this paper. The research results can provide scientific instruction for sustainable, healthy and stable development of the socity and economy in Fuding city.Fuding city was selected as research object. The annual change survey data of 2010-2015 were data sources. The characteristics of urban construction land change in Fuding city were analyzed as well as relationship between urban construction land and changes in rural residential land use were analyzed too. The connections research includes relations between urban construction land and economic development,between urban construction land and urban resident population growth, between urban construction land and the process of urbanization. Results were as followed:(1) The proportion of urban construction land area and urban construction land area kept increasing from 2010 to 2015 as well as urban village and industrial land area in Fuding city. Urban construction land accounted for a high proportion of urban village and industrial and mining area, and showed an increasing trend as year went by. Changes in urban construction land area were basically consistent with the changes in the proportion of urban village and industrial and mining land area.(2) new developed urban areas were dominated transferred from cultivated land in Fuding city. The trend of the occupation of cultivated land were basically consistent with the trend of the urban construction land. It was 2011 that new urban construction land developed most areas. The new urban construction land mainly flew to the industrial and mining storage, second was the public facilities.(3) The total scale of urban construction land in Fuding was less than that of the rural residential land, the average scale of the urban construction land was lower than the per capita scale of the rural residents. Areas of urban construction land was increasing year by year, while areas of rural residential land showed a slight increase. Changes of rural residential land were lower than that of urban construction land.(4) Analysis on the coordination between urban construction land and population changes indicated that the scale of urban construction land in Fuding had experienced such a period:it could not meet the needs of people’s living standard at the first stage; then.it could not catch up and surpass the dramatic increasing of population; its growth rate was roughly coordinated with the population growth rate now.(5) Analysis on the coordination between urban construction land and economic development showed that the gross domestic product and areas of urban construction land changed in the same direction and they promoted each other. However, The growth rate of GDP in Fuding city was higher than that of urban construction land areas which indicated that economic growth was not entirely based on the expansion of construction land. In general, the growth of urban construction land areas which contributed to GDP growth tends to be stable, coordination of the two gradually enhanced.(6)The matching between the process of urbanization and urban construction land suggested that the level of urbanization in Fuding city was lower than that of population urbanization at present. There were two main reasons for this:firstly, the existence of "amphibious" population phenomenon had less contribution to the urbanization construction; secondly, there was a large cardinal number of rural residential land.
